Emeama, went on to say that the committee set up was part of the efforts of the board to reposition the corporation, which according to him, was ran aground by the past administration.
He regretted that the past board of the corporation, instead of working for the people, engaged in land speculation and all manner of unprofessional and unethical conducts pointing out that the Estates and sites of the corporation were sold without due process, assuring that such transactions would be looked into.
For sanity to be restored in the corporation, it has began revalidation of all property in all the housing estates in Owerri.
