The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expressed grave concerns over yet another attempt on the life of the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, who, early this morning, was attacked alongside members of his family by assailants, at his official residence in Apo, Abuja.

A high court in Imo State has declared as null and void the suspension of five members of the state House of Assembly.The presiding justice, Goddy Anunihu , who declared the processes that led to the indefinite suspension of the five lawmakers as “putting the horse before the cart ” awarded N8m as cost against the three defendants .

LG chairmen accuse Senator Olujimi of promoting division in Ekiti PDP


The 16 chairmen of local councils in Ekiti State have called on the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as well as the Senate President, Bukola Saraki to call the Senate Minority Leader, Biodun Olujimi to order, accusing her of promoting dissidents in the PDP in the State.
