Indications that the All Progressives Congress (APC) led Federal Government may have become conscious of the nation’s housing deficit as well as the deplorable state of federal roads across the country came on Tuesday when President Muhammadu Buhari unveiled the 2020 national budget which allocated the highest expenditure vote of N262 billion to Works and Housing.
