The All Progressives Congress, APC, Caucus in the Senate has filed a suit at the Supreme Court, against the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, with regards to the suit he earlier filed over the suspension of Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Walter Onnoghen by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The Senate has approached the Supreme Court for the interpretation of the suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen.
President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday appointed Justice Musa Abaji as a new Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.The Senate President, Bukola Saraki made this known while reading letters from President Buhari during plenary.
