Minister of state for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, on Tuesday, laid to rest speculations that the Buhari administration plans to sell the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (NLNG) located at Bonny Island, Bayelsa State.
The National Engineering and Technical Company Limited, NETCO, a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, has declared a dividend of 750 million naira, as its revenue grew 122 percent to 22.46 billion naira in 2017 from the previous year.
Oil marketers have said that queues for petrol in major cities across the country will not disappear completely until May.
This is coming as motorists and other petrol seekers still formed queues in front of many filling stations that had the product in Abuja, Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Kwara, Kaduna, Niger, Imo, Enugu ,Rivers and Nasarawa states.
