**Takes exception to minister’s ‘I’m not a magician’ comment

**Says respect, good performance will do what magic can’t do

National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, yesterday ruled the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Mr. Ibe Kachikwu, out of order for saying he should not be expected to conjure magic in resolving the current fuel crisis in the country.

A Federal High Court, Lagos,  yesterday adjourned till April 20, a fundamental rights’ enforcement suit filed by former governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, against the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Kenneth Minimah.
Tinubu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), had sued Minimah over the deployment of soldiers to lay siege on his No. 26 Bourdillon Street, Ikoyi, Lagos home, between February 9 and 11.

PEOPLES Democratic Party (PDP) yesterday accused the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) of pushing Nigeria to the brinks.
The party equally claimed that the APC intensified “its frenzied deployment of false alarms aimed at throwing the polity into chaos and thereby wreck the electoral process”.
