Governor Abubakar, wives cast vote in Bauchi

Bauchi State Governor Mohammed Abubakar and his wives voted at their polling unit in Jahun ward, Garun Galadima polling unit in Bauchi metropolis at 11.30 am.

They arrived the polling unit at exactly 11.25am amid party supporters and they were accredited without hitches.

After casting their vote, Governor Abubakar while speaking with journalists applauded the electoral process in the state, saying that Nigerians have answered the call for coming out to vote and elect the leader of their choice.

“The electoral process is fast enough to take care of every voter who has come out to vote. I have not experienced any hassle neither has any of my wives encountered any challenge with the identification process, so we have voted smoothly.

“At the end of the process, I am praying for a smooth process without any rancour and I am praying that my president and candidates who contested the National Assembly election in the APC will be elected”, the Governor said.

He then commended his ward for conducting themselves accordingly.
