Reading midfielder, Hope Akpan has revealed that he has resumed full training, and he will be stepping up his bid to return to the first team of the Championship outfit in a reserve match next week.
The Nigeria international has received green light from the club’s medical staff to return to practice after picking up a shoulder injury while on international duty back in November.

Kano Pillars coach, Okey Emordi has praised the League Management Company for their efforts in organizing the 2015 Super 6 tournament.
The tournament, which is usually for the four clubs representing Nigeria in continental competitions, was expanded to six teams this year, with the national U23 and U20 teams included to aid their preparations for the All Africa Games qualifiers and Africa Youth Championship respectively.

The invitational tournament was surrounded with few controversies from some quarters, some persons didn’t agree with the competition name for reasons best known to them, some tagged it Super 4, Super 6 and LMC Pre-season tournament.

I stand to be corrected; I don’t think we have had a post match conference in the history of Pre-season games before this present one. I think the LMC deserve some thumps up for that.
