Mohammed Buhari ( retd) at the February 14 Presidential election, the youth wing of the apex Igbo socio- cultural organisation, Ohaneze Ndigbo , has warned the priest to retract the controversial remarks .

PDP elects new chairman
The year 2014 kicked off with the change of guard in the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in January. In a move that shocked many, though unexpected, given the leadership crisis in the party, its then National Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur resigned his position on January 15.
Tukur bowed to pressures on him to resign as national chairman after a protracted battle for the soul of the party between him and some of the governors.
The wrangling had earlier (November 2013) led to the defection of five, out of the seven aggrieved governors of the PDP otherwise known as G7 to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
