The ongoing reorganization in the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) did not come to stakeholders in the Maritime sector as a surprise. The body language of the new NCS Comptroller General, Col. Hameed Ali (rtd), during his working tour to the Western Commands of the service mid last month point to fact many heads will roll when he gets back to his office at Abuja.
