The Nigerian Army is committed to ensuring that the era of Boko Haram insurgency in the North East region of the counry is brought to an end, despite the initial setback it suffered in the fight against the insurgents.
Acting Director of Information and Public Relations, Nigerian Army, Col. Sani Usman stated this in an interview in Lagos recently.

“You may think you know what FIFA is, what it does… A faceless machine, printing money at the expense of the beautiful game with me pulling the strings and laughing all the way to the bank. It’s not exactly that.”
