The  crisis rocking the National Assembly (NASS) and delay in appointment of federal ministers by President Muhammadu Buhari has continued to generate ripples. Dr. Sam Nzekwe is the former President, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). In this interview with Deputy News Editor, LEO ALIGWO, he said that the crisis might delay effective implementation of 2015 budget of N4.1trillion if not timely resolved. Excerpts.
