FBN Holdings pay N9.3bn as dividends for 2018 business year


Shareholders of FBN Holdings Plc at the weekend approved the payment of N9.3billion as dividends for the financial year ended December 31, 2018.

N50m minimum capital base: 200 Microfinance banks risk losing license


Indications have emerged that no fewer than 200​ ​ Microfinance Banks (MfBs) may be affected by the new Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines that put minimum capital base for Tier-2 MfBs at N50 million.
