JOHNSON OJO, Ado Ekiti
All roads lead to Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola Memorial Grounds, Ikeji Arakeji, Osun State today for the Inauguration and Duty Commencement of the General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Worldwide, Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji.
Clerics from CAC and various denominations, Christians and crème-la-crème of society are billed to attend the programme to be presided over by the CAC President, Pastor Abraham Akinosun. The firebrand cleric was appointed CAC General Evangelist five months ago following the retirement of his predecessor, Prophet Samuel Abiara.
Oladeji, who said his elevation to the position was an act of God’s Mercy, urged Nigerians to strive to always be on the same page with their creator so as to be partakers of abundant blessings, grace and divine bliss.
The CAC General Evangelist, who said “it is time for the reawakening in the church so that God will move more mightily than He did in 1930”, sought prayers for the CAC leadership and authorities for strength to be able to achieve the task.
The cleric praised the church authorities for their efforts in sustaining the church, saying “God has used CAC to perform exploits in the country. The positive impact of the church is in the country. The church has to be taken to more lofty heights,’ he said.
Oladeji charged Nigerians to return to God, show love to one another and be their brothers’ keepers. Why are Nigerians obsessive with amassing tout.
