Bauchi PDP chieftain hails Osinbajo, cautions Aisha Buhari

Insecurity: FG settles for state police


A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)  in Bauchi State and  the immediate past State Publicity Secretary of the party, Alhaji Bashir Bukar Rimin Zayam, has applauded Acting President Yemi Osinbanjo on the way he is steering the affairs of the country, and caution wife of the President Hajiya Aishatu Buhari against making comments and statements  to the public on the President Health.

Rimin Zayam stated this while interacting with newsmen in Bauchi, adding that “the way Osnibajo is piloting the affairs of the country is commendable especially the way he reacted on the security breach in Mambila Plateau”.

The Party Stalwart called on Osinbajo to continue to give listening ear to all stakeholders, Governors, Religious leaders, Politicians, traditional and community leaders in his effort to govern the country, and assured that by doing so, Nigeria will continue to be great and it will overcome all its challenges.

He then appealed for the cooperation and understanding between the National Assembly and the Executive to enable both of them deliver dividends of democracy and to fulfill their campaign promises

According to him, unity and understanding among the executive and legislators is the only key for their success, and advised them not to allow little things and pursuing Political interest to divide or divert their attention from doing things that will make Nigeria great.

Rimin Zayam also prayed to almighty Allah to give President Muhammadu Buhari quick recovery to enable him complete his tenure successfully and advised Aisha Buhari to remain calm and stop talking or replying to comments from public on the President’s Health.

He said as a mother and wife of the President, Aisha should concentrate on prayers for her husband’s quick recovery and doing things that will strengthen the unity of the country.

The former PDP Secretary commiserated with Nigerians over the death of a Nationalist, Alhaji Yusuf Maitama Sule, Dan Masanin Kano, and prayed to God to grant him eternal rest and described his death as a great loss to the country.
