Child actor, Angel-Onyi Unigwe is at it again for the third time as she has once again turned another leaf in her professional acting career having smiled home with another prestigious award as Child Actor of the
Year 2019.

The actor received the award at the Intellects Giant Award held in Lagos at the weekend.With over 30 performances in movies, two prestigious awards; as Best Child Model 2014 at the Nigerian Model Achievers Award (NMAA) and Best
Child Actor 2015 at the Best of Nollywood (BON) Angel-Onyi’s recent awards can only go to assert her place as one of Nigeria’s lead child actor topping the game in the country’s well won art.

Accompanied by her elder sister, teen actor and model, Princess-Chizzy Unigwe and Agnes Madakor, the general manager of Tell Africa, the publicity company managing the talent’s communication the child thespian
dazzled on the event’s red carpet in a blue flowing evening dress.

Speaking at the event, Madakor told our correspondent that the talent is happy with the award and willing to put her best“This award serves to assess the hard work Angel-Onyi and her siblings have invested over the years; the thespian is pretty happy with the award and has promised to reward her fans with the best in acting times,” her publicist said.

Recall Angel-Onyi’s career in the film industry had blossomed after her debut in the popular series titled ‘Alison’s Stand’ in 2015, since then the Imo born award winning child actor and model has continued to warm various film audiences’ heart in every performance she puts in films she makes appearance in.

The over 30 films Angel-Onyi has played fantastic roles in include ‘Woe man’, ‘Everything in Between’ series, ‘Middle of nowhere,’ ‘Light in the Dark,’ ‘Three Thieves,’ ‘Ajoche,’ ‘King of boys,’ ‘Code Wilo,’ ‘Mute,’ ‘Bereaved: Pains of Aliyah,’ ‘My Siblings and I,’ ‘Zuriel’s Diary,’ ‘City Crimes,’ ‘Bobo A Rats Tale,’ ‘Nigerian trade,’ ‘Ten years Married: Mirage,’ ‘Freedah,’ among others.
