Zinox Technologies, Africa’s leading ICT group has stepped up encouragement of local app developers and in the process consolidates market dominance with a major investment in Xputer.
The group according statistics is a leading and strategic software development and management company based in Ibadan.
Though the deal was sealed last year, it will cause Zinox to lead by serial digital entrepreneur and in capacity amongst others.
Explaining the brain behind the acquisition of Xputer, chairman of Zinox Group, Leo Stan Ekeh, said he is not yet done until Zinox becomes not only number one in Africa, but the single largest 360 degrees ICT Group in Africa.
Xputer was set up in 2004, with proven capabilities in designing, developing, deploying and supporting cutting-edge software solutions for small and medium scale businesses, with a number of critical projects in the retail, service and educational sectors to its name.
Expressing his delight on the development, Chief Executive Officer, Xputer Technologies, Abimbola Omotoso affirmed the far-reaching implications the investment will have in taking the company to the next level.
