Lerma: Bournemouth sign Levante midfielder for record £25m fee

Colombia midfielder Jefferson Lerma has joined Bournemouth for a club record £25m fee from Spanish side Levante.Lerma, who agreed a five-year deal, played in all Colombia’s matches at the World Cup in Russia, including their last 16 defeat by England.

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has appointed Matthew B. Seiyefa as the Acting Director of the Department of State Services, DSS, following the sack of Lawal Daura.

The Presidency said Seiyefa will act in the position until further notice.

Osinbajo had earlier sacked Lawal Daura, the former Director-General of DSS over the unathorised siege on the National Assembly by operatives of the service.

Daura was directed to hand over to the most senior officer of the State Security Service until further notice.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has  said Acting President Yemi Osinbajo should shed the idea of using the sacked Director General (DG) of the Directorate of Security, Lawan Daura, as ‘the fall guy’ for Tuesday’s invasion of the National Assembly by security forces.
