Consolidated Hallmark excites shareholders with N140m dividend

Shareholders of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance (CHI) Plc has recently approved the recommended 2 kobo dividend per share, amounting to N140 million dividend payout to shareholders for 2017 business year.The Chairman of the firm, Obinna Ekezie, at the 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lagos, sought the approval, which was granted by the shareholders.

Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has again raised the alarm that the All Progressive Congress (APC) have allegedly perfected plans with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to  not only  manipulate the July 14 election, but also to de-enfrancihise 50 per cent Ekiti electorate by heavily peloading the smart cards readers and release ballot papers to members of APC to justify the preload.
